HMK 140LC - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The HMK 140LC features a hydraulic system based on the ISUZU AJ-4JJ1X engine, which is water-cooled with a turbocharger. This engine delivers a power output of 100 HP at 2000 rpm (SAE J1349) and a maximum torque of 378 Nm at 1600 rpm. The lower frame construction is of the pentagon box type, ensuring stability and durability of the machine.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The HMK 140LC is equipped with a hydraulic undercarriage featuring hydraulic spring tensioning. The shoe width is 500 mm, with two lower rollers and two upper rollers. The main hydraulic pump has dual variable displacement, and the hydraulic system boasts a maximum pressure rating of 260 kgf/cm2.

Operating Parameters

The standard operating weight of the machine is 14,550 kg, which can increase to 15,550 kg with additional equipment. It is fitted with a 270-liter fuel tank and a 116-liter hydraulic tank. Furthermore, the machine can achieve a travel speed of 5.7 km/h in high-speed mode.

Optional Equipment

The HMK 140LC offers various optional accessories, such as a rear-view camera. It is also capable of registering 26 different operating hours. The Hidromek Smartlink monitoring system allows remote access to operational parameters in real-time.

Safety and Technical Data

The machine features an integrated anti-theft system and an automatic power-off system. With an automatic warning system, the operator is alerted to operational errors. Safeguards conform to EPA Tier 4 interim and EU Stage III-B emission regulations.
