HMK 102S ALPHA - Product Description
Powertrain and Design
The HMK 102S ALPHA is a robust backhoe loader powered by a PERKINS 1204F-E44TAN engine with four inline cylinders. It delivers a maximum power of 74.4 kW (99.8 HP) at 2200 rpm and a torque of 410 Nm at 1400 rpm. The vehicle is equipped with an autoshift transmission with 6 forward and 3 reverse gears, an electronically controlled selection for 2 or 4 wheel drive, and an optional torque converter lock.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The HMK 102S ALPHA features heavy-duty CARRARO axles with planetary reduction gears and 16 degrees of oscillation on the front axle. Its hydraulic system includes a main pump with a flow rate of 90 l/min and a pressure up to 250 bar, along with an auxiliary pump with a flow rate of 57 l/min and a pressure of 190 bar. The closed hydraulic system with variable displacement ensures efficiency and reliability during operation.
Operating Parameters
This backhoe loader has a 6-in-1 bucket capacity of 1.1 m³ and a maximum breakout force of 7209 kgf. For the standard arm, the maximum breakout force for the bucket is 6209 kgf, while the maximum dipper breakout force is 2983 kgf. The lifting capacity to maximum height is 3170 kg.
Optional Equipment
The HMK 102S ALPHA can be customized with a variety of optional accessories such as an air compressor, joystick, and Motion Stabilizer System (MSS). This allows the operator to personalize the machine to meet specific needs. Other available options include a telescopic arm and various types of buckets for versatility in different work conditions.
Safety and Technical Data
Operator safety is ensured by the ROPS and FOPS certified cab along with an ergonomically designed interior. The machine has an operating weight of 9700 kg and various tank capacities for engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic fluid.
