HMK 102B ALPHA – Product Description
Powertrain and Design
The HMK 102B ALPHA is a backhoe loader equipped with a PERKINS 1204F-E44TAN diesel engine featuring four cylinders and a displacement of 4400 cc. This model produces a maximum power output of 74.4 kW (99.8 HP) at 2200 rpm and a torque of 410 Nm at 1400 rpm. It is fitted with an autoshift transmission that seamlessly transitions between two-wheel and four-wheel drive.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The HMK 102B ALPHA operates with a hydraulic system based on a tandem pump with a main flow rate of 90 lt/min and a pressure of 250 bar. The hydraulic system features variable displacement and regeneration capabilities. The front axle is equipped with heavy-duty components and a limited slip differential, enhancing performance during transit.
Operating Parameters
This backhoe loader boasts a performance capacity with a 6 in 1 bucket of 1.1 m³ and a maximum breakout force of 7930 kgf. Additionally, with the extended arms, the maximum dipper breakout force reaches 7240 kgf. Related loading mechanism parameters indicate a maximum lifting capacity of 3561 kg.
Optional Equipment
The equipment on the HMK 102B ALPHA includes optional features such as air conditioning, the SmartLink system, and remote control functionality.
