Powertrain and Design

The Gallmac TG 12 is a wheeled construction machine weighing 11.5 tons, designed for maximum efficiency in constrained spaces. It features a diesel engine with a power output of 81 kW, allowing it to achieve a maximum speed of 32 km/h. The machine has a 360° stepless rotating turret, increasing its versatility for tasks in tight environments. Additionally, the ability to quickly change tools using hydraulic quick couplings facilitates construction tasks.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The machine is equipped with two steering axles, enabling three steering modes: rear wheel steering, four-wheel steering for reduced turning radius, and crab steering. The hydraulic system supports operational efficiency with a traction force of 7700 daN and a pressure in the arm movement circuit of up to 285 bar. The hydraulic system is driven by a variable displacement pump, ensuring optimal adjustment to working conditions.

Operating Parameters

The Gallmac TG 12 achieves a maximum height of 3035 mm and a maximum length of 4980 mm. With a width of 2340 mm, it is one of the more compact options available on the market. The maximum working range extends up to 7.48 m, while the digging depth reaches 4.37 m. The machine’s breakout force stands at 77 kN, making it effective for various terrains.

Optional Equipment

Among the available accessories are a blade and guide rail, which enhance the machine’s versatility. Optional equipment can include air conditioning and a cabin with adjustable features. The standard tire size is 16/70-20PR14. The potential to add mechanical quick couplings may further increase functionality based on user requirements.

Safety during operation is ensured by safety valves on all cylinders, which prevent boom falls. The entire cab structure complies with ROPS and FOPS standards, adding to the level of protection.
