Powertrain and Design

The Fendt 1042 Vario S4 is equipped with a MAN engine with a power output of 323 kW (435 HP). The engine complies with the Tier IV final emission standard. It offers constant power at speeds from 1500 to 1700 RPM and features 6 cylinders. The engine displacement is 12.4 liters, with a maximum torque of 2100 Nm at 1050-1450 RPM.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This tractor has a maximum speed of 60 km/h and is fitted with a continuously variable Vario transmission. It offers a maximum lifting capacity of 12920 daN with the rear lift and 5584 daN for the front lift. The hydraulic system has a maximum hydraulic oil flow of 100 l/min.

Operating Parameters

The permissible total weight of the tractor is 18000 kg, with a tare weight of 14000 kg. When fully loaded, the working weight reaches 25000 kg. The fuel tank capacity is 800 liters, and the AdBlue tank has a capacity of 85 liters.

Optional Equipment

The Fendt 1042 Vario S4 offers various finishing options, including different pump pressure settings (169, 220, or 430 l/min). Additional equipment can be customized to meet specific user needs.

Safety and Technical Data

The engine requires an oil change every 500 operating hours. It features two 12V batteries with a capacity of 180Ah. The electrical system is supported by a 14V/270A alternator.
