F235A - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The F235A e-active and e-dynamic are modern hydraulic cranes featuring a robust structure made of cast steel. The absence of welding contributes to exceptional fatigue resistance, ensuring durability. The e-active version lacks linkage, while the e-dynamic incorporates rack and pinion rotation at 400°. Both models utilize high-strength materials, enhancing their longevity.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

Both models boast a hydraulic system handling stabilizers and crane arms. The e-active crane achieves a maximum outreach of up to 23.60 m with the jib, whereas the e-dynamic supports up to 22.70 m. Control is facilitated via RCH/RCS radio remote and D850 electronic distributor banks, ensuring precise operations.

Operating Parameters

The F235A e-active has a lifting capacity of up to 21.3 tons, with overall dimensions of 0.87 m in length, 2.46 m in width, and 2.25 m in height. The e-dynamic model offers a slightly lower capacity of 20.30 tons and overall dimensions of 0.98 m in length, 2.52 m in width, and 2.41 m in height. Both models provide excellent maneuverability and operational efficiency.

Optional Equipment

Both e-active and e-dynamic versions come with various optional features, including hydraulic arms with extended reach, supplementary functionalities, and ergonomic operator seats. Each model can be tailored to meet specific industry needs, increasing their versatility in diverse working conditions.

Safety and Technical Data

The F235A cranes comply with EN 12999:2011 safety standards and the HC1S2 class when installed on trucks. Both models include overload protection systems and centralized lubrication systems, enhancing their efficiency and safety.
