F190A – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The F190A model features the exclusive FX system, which controls and visualizes the crane's load conditions, managing the lifting moment in relation to stability conditions. The cast steel base and lower column section ensure ideal stress distribution and higher resistance to fatigue. The absence of welds adds to the crane's exceptional durability characteristics. These features make the F190A suitable for operations ranging from building materials warehouses to roadworks.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This unit is equipped with a Danfoss S800 proportional multifunctional distributor, which in combination with the XF system provides high sensitivity, allowing for simultaneous operation of multiple functions. The hydraulic extendable outriggers offer significant flexibility in use, enabling easy maneuvering. The crane's design complies with European Regulation EN 12999, ensuring additional safety. The protection of hydraulic hoses contributes to long-lasting functionality of the machine.

Operating Parameters

The F190A is available in several variants, offering different lifting capacities. For instance, the F190A.21 has a lifting capacity of 18.60 t at a maximum reach of 6.30 m, while the F190A.25 provides 16.10 t at a reach of 14.65 m. The weight of the crane varies from 1990 kg to 2610 kg depending on the selected variant. Each model is tailored to different applications and user requirements for lifting and transporting heavy loads.

Optional Equipment

The F190A model is also available in the “C” version and with an additional jib, enhancing its application capabilities. The “C” version features a shorter secondary arm allowing for higher lifting heights. The hydraulic jib extends the crane's reach and enables horizontal movement of loads.
