Powertrain and Design

The Doosan DX35z is a modern hydraulic mini excavator characterized by zero tail swing, making it an excellent choice for confined workspaces. Equipped with a YANMAR 3TNV88 engine providing a nominal power of 19.5 kW (26.1 Hp) at 2,200 rpm, it ensures efficient operation while reducing fuel consumption. The strength of its structure has been prioritized, resulting in extend component life and reduced operational costs. The hydraulic system has been electronically optimized, which enhances production efficiency.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The DX35z features independent high-torque hydraulic motors that work with planetary reduction gears, providing smooth movement and the ability to rotate in place. The hydraulic working system allows simultaneous operations of all functions which significantly increases operational efficiency. With variable displacement pumps and an additional fixed pump, the excavator achieves a maximum flow of 39.5 l/min, allowing for an increased system pressure of 230 kgf/cm² (225 bar).

Operating Parameters

The Doosan DX35z reaches a maximum digging depth of 3,025 mm and a maximum working reach of 5,090 mm. With an operating weight of 3,660 kg, it has a ground pressure of 0.33 kgf/cm², making it ideal for various surfaces. The digging force using a bucket is up to 3,000 kgf. With these parameters, it provides excellent performance on construction sites and in the field.

Optional Equipment

The DX35z offers various optional equipment such as ROPS and TOPS, ventilation systems, hammer mounting accessories, and additional CEE features. It comes standard with a spacious cabin and an adjustable seat, providing high work comfort. The flexibility of equipment adjustments allows the operator to better tailor the machine to specific work tasks.

Safety and Technical Data

The DX35z mini excavator is designed with safety in mind, featuring hydraulic safety locks and a panoramic-view cabin. Noise levels are reduced to 81 dB(A), ensuring user comfort.
