Powertrain and Design

The DL200-2 is a modern wheel loader powered by a Doosan DL06 engine that delivers 109 kW (146 HP) at 2100 rpm. Designed to provide optimal user value, it offers enhanced durability and operational efficiency. The machine features low owning and operating costs.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The DL200-2 is equipped with an integrated hydraulic system that ensures excellent synchronization with the drivetrain. The hydraulic power steering system allows for precise maneuverability, while the limited slip differential improves traction and makes it easier to drive in challenging terrain. The hydraulic system features a gear pump with a flow capacity of 96 l/min.

Operating Parameters

The loader offers bucket capacity ranging from 1.9 to 4.0 m³. The maximum static tipping load is 8300 kg in straight position, with a dump height at 45° reaching up to 2640 mm. With increased reach, the loader achieves a maximum tilt angle of 63 degrees, enhancing work efficiency in any conditions.

Optional Equipment

The Doosan DL200-2 is available in various configurations, including an optional Load Isolation System (LIS) to increase operator comfort. Additional features such as an emergency steering pump and hydraulic levers allow customization to meet specific user needs.
