WT 3000 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The WT 3000 is an electric rider pallet truck manufactured by Crown Equipment Corporation. It operates on a 24 V battery, offering efficiency and energy savings. This model features a modern design and a durable 10 mm thick steel outer shell, enhancing protection against damage and simplifying servicing. The maximum load capacity is 2500 kg.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This truck is equipped with maintenance-free AC motors for propulsion and steering, providing smooth handling and control at every operational stage. It features the FlexRide™ system, which minimizes vibrations and shocks, improving operator comfort. Its hydraulic system allows for precise lifting and lowering of loads on its stationary platform.

Operating Parameters

The WT 3000 has forks measuring 78 x 170 mm, with a fork length of 1150 mm. The lift height is 125 mm, and the turning radius is 1891 mm. The truck can reach speeds of up to 10 km/h when loaded. The maximum gradeability under load is 10%, making it an effective tool for working in challenging warehouse conditions.

Optional Equipment

Model WT 3000 comes in various configurations, including a foldable platform and different steering systems, both mechanical and electronic. Accessories such as additional wheels and safety systems can be installed based on user requirements. A rail system for securing work equipment is also available.

Safety and Technical Data

This truck meets safety standards in accordance with European regulations. It features the e-GEN™ system, which provides regenerative braking and electric brake lock. Safety devices such as the operator presence detection system and auditory signals enhance workplace safety. The noise level does not exceed 70 dB(A), making it a quiet truck during operation.
