CQ – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The CQ machine is available in LPG or Diesel engine variants. It features a 2.4-liter OHC engine with LPG installation, or an optional 2.8-liter Yanmar diesel engine. The model is characterized by an isolated operator cell and full access to the engine compartment for easier maintenance. Standard mast configurations allow for full lift, enhancing their versatility.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The machine features the CLARK TA 18 transaxle, providing reliable and efficient electric drive performance. Additionally, the two-pedal inch-brake system allows for precise maneuvering in industrial environments. The structure of the machine enables easy access to hydraulic components, thus enhancing its serviceability.

Operating Parameters

The CQ20D has a load capacity of 2000 kg and an overhead guard height of 2130 mm. The CQ25D offers a load capacity of 2500 kg, also with an overhead height of 2130 mm. The largest CQ30D can handle up to 3000 kg of load with an overhead protection height of 2130 mm, making it very functional in various applications.

Optional Equipment

Standard equipment includes a full lighting package and a Sideshifter system with internal hosing. This allows for effective and safe operation in confined spaces. Additional accessories include various types of forks, enabling customization of the machine to specific customer needs.

Safety and Technical Data

Operator safety is ensured by the CLARK seat and the solid construction of the machine meeting SAE standards. All CQ models are designed with ergonomics and productivity in mind. Travel speeds reach up to 12.9 mph, depending on the model, making them ideal for dynamic production environments.
