XERION 5000 - Product Description
Powertrain and Design
The XERION 5000, with a maximum output of 530 PS, is powered by a modern Mercedes-Benz OM 471 LA engine with a displacement of 12.8 liters. This engine complies with Stage IV emissions regulations through SCR technology. The efficient power is transmitted via a seamless CMATIC transmission combined with a hydrostatic-mechanical system, ensuring high efficiency and fuel savings. The full frame construction provides stability and high load capacity, allowing for work with heavy agricultural implements.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The XERION 5000 features four identical wheels on two steerable axles, providing excellent traction and maneuverability. The hydraulic system offers up to six remote-controlled hydraulic implements and the option of additional hydraulic circuits with a capacity of up to 90 kW. The advanced hydraulics allow for efficient management of tasks such as feeding seeding or fertilization machines.
Operating Parameters
The XERION 5000 achieves a maximum rotating speed of 1900 rpm with a nominal power of 382 kW. With a maximum torque of 2450 Nm, the machine exhibits high performance under various working conditions. The fuel tank capacity is 930 liters with an additional 90-liter urea tank. The length of the machine is 7370 mm, while the minimum turning radius is 15 m.
Optional Equipment
The XERION 5000 offers a variety of optional accessories such as hydraulic lifts with adjustable features and various lighting options, including LED lights. It is also possible to install various other management systems like CLAAS CEBIS. This modern information system allows for easy monitoring and setting adjustments to adapt the machine to different working conditions.
