Powertrain and Design

The ELIOS 240, 230, 220, and 210 tractors feature modern FPT engines with a displacement of 3.4 liters, complying with Stage IIIB (Tier 4i) emissions standards through the use of EGR, DPF, and DOC systems. Equipped with Common-Rail electronic injection, they achieve high efficiency and low fuel consumption. Additionally, these models are fitted with CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM), which can boost engine output by 11 PS during PTO work, significantly enhancing their operational capabilities in challenging conditions. The low center of gravity and compact dimensions ensure that the ELIOS exhibits excellent stability on slopes and in confined spaces.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

ELIOS features various transmission types, including mechanical and REVERSHIFT systems, allowing for smooth direction changes. In fully equipped versions, the tractors offer hydraulic performance of up to 111 l/min. All-day operations are guaranteed by a robust hydraulic system with the capability to connect up to four electronic controllers, enabling simultaneous operation with heavy machinery and implements. The all-wheel drive can be activated with a single button, and automatic disengagement at 14 km/h saves tire wear.

The ELIOS 240 achieves a maximum output of 103 PS with a peak torque of 406 Nm. The dimensions of the vehicle with a cabin are 3815 mm in length, a minimum width of 1644 mm, and a maximum height of 2540 mm. The version with a folded roof measures only 1915 mm high, making it exceptionally low for work in enclosed spaces such as barns or greenhouses. The load capacity reaches 3240 kg at the coupling points, enabling effective use of lifting arms and supports.

The ELIOS is available in versions with a cabin or platform, with an optional glass roof offering excellent visibility during operation.
