AXION 900 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The AXION 900 is the world's first half-track tractor with full suspension, equipped with engines delivering up to 445 hp. The CLAAS POWER SYSTEMS (CPS) drivetrain ensures optimal power in all conditions. The FPT Cursor 9 engine with a displacement of 8.7 liters meets Stage IV emissions standards while offering low fuel consumption. The variable geometry turbo technology provides optimal power and torque even at low engine speeds.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The AXION 900’s TERRA TRAC system offers 15% more traction compared to standard tractors and reduces ground pressure by 50%. This provides better soil protection and lower tillage costs. The hydraulic system with a capacity of up to 220 l/min enables the connection of multiple implements and facilitates their operation. All hydraulic valves are easily accessible to the operator, increasing workplace comfort.

Operating Parameters

The AXION 900 tractor is available in various power ratings: 920 (325 hp), 930 (355 hp), 940 (385 hp), 950 (410 hp), and 960 (445 hp). The maximum pulling capacity reaches 1860 Nm at 1400 rpm, ensuring excellent performance during heavy-duty tasks. The ability to shift operational speed from 0.05 to 50 km/h allows for perfect adaptation to field conditions.

Optional Equipment

The AXION 900 is available in CIS+ and CEBIS versions. The CIS+ version provides a functional display and intuitive operation, while the CEBIS version features a 12-inch touchscreen. Both versions include the CEMOS system assisting operators in optimizing machine settings. Additionally, various accessories are available, such as hydraulic support systems and a wide range of tire options.

The AXION 900 tractor is equipped with an advanced safety system featuring an automatic PARK-LOCK mechanism and a trailer brake support.
