AXION 870-800 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The AXION 870-800 tractors are equipped with a 6-cylinder 6.7-liter FPT engine that meets the Stage IV emissions standard. By implementing SCR technology, NOx emissions have been nearly reduced to zero. The frame section is robust and stable, allowing for maximum tractor power utilization under challenging conditions. The design has been optimized for working with heavy implements while also providing good transport performance.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The AXION 870-800 offers two types of transmissions: HEXASHIFT and CMATIC, providing high versatility in applications. The hydraulic system operates in load-sensing mode, offering efficiency up to 150 l/min. The tractor supports both 540/1000 RPM PTO systems, including ECO versions, contributing to greater fuel efficiency.

Operating Parameters

The AXION 870 achieves a maximum power of up to 295 hp thanks to the CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM) system. This flexibility allows for power adjustments based on operational needs. The maximum torque of 1276 Nm ensures excellent performance in both fieldwork and transport.

Optional Equipment

The AXION 870-800 is available in three equipment versions: CIS, CIS+, and CEBIS, allowing users to tailor the tractor to individual needs. Optional features include various hydraulic systems, additional valves, and load management systems.

Safety and Technical Data

The tractor includes several safety features such as an automatic parking lock in the REVERSHIFT system. High quality of construction and accessibility of braking systems enhance safety during operation. The tractor also has long service intervals, which reduce operating costs.
