AXION 870-800 – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The AXION 870-800 tractors are powered by a 6-cylinder FPT engine with a displacement of 6.7 liters. The engine meets the Stage IV (Tier 4) emission standards through SCR technology. High performance is achieved through the CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM) system, delivering up to 295 hp.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The AXION 870-800 tractors offer unparalleled versatility with four-wheel drive and advanced hydraulic systems. The high-capacity hydraulics can support up to 150 l/min, allowing effective operation with various implements. The standard hydraulic valve system features four mechanical control valves from this system.

Operating Parameters

The AXION 870-800 tractors provide maximum torque of up to 1276 Nm at minimal engine speeds. The rear linkage lifting capacity reaches 10 tons, making them suitable for working with heavy implements. The tractors are also available with various transmission options, including CMATIC and HEXASHIFT.

Optional Equipment

The AXION 870-800 is available in several equipment versions: CIS, CIS+, and CEBIS, allowing flexibility in selecting appropriate options for the user. The tractor can also be equipped with a modern CEBIS terminal featuring a touchscreen display, facilitating operation and monitoring of machine parameters.

Safety and Technical Data

The AXION 870-800 is equipped with advanced safety features, including a clutchless reverser with a park lock function. The engine service interval extends to 600 hours, allowing for long operational periods without downtime. Additionally, the pneumatic and hydraulic brake systems provide additional options according to regional regulations.
