CLAAS ARION 600 / 500 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The ARION 600 / 500 tractors are equipped with DPS Powertech engines with a capacity of 4.5 and 6.8 liters. The ARION 500 features 4-cylinder engines with turbocharging, while the ARION 600 has 6-cylinder engines. Depending on the model, maximum output can reach up to 205 hp thanks to the CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM) electronic control system. The use of Common rail technology and intercoolers ensures optimal performance and fuel efficiency.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The tractors are equipped with modern hydraulics offering outputs from 110 to 150 l/min. Solutions such as variable geometry turbo and electronically controlled hydraulic valves enhance efficiency and allow precise control of operations. Additionally, the undercarriage layout of the tractors ensures optimal weight distribution, increasing comfort and safety while working in the field.

Operating Parameters

Maximum torque for the ARION 600 models reaches 849 Nm, enabling the machines to handle demanding tasks. These tractors achieve operational speeds of up to 50 km/h, supporting work efficiency. Furthermore, precise gear selection and PTO options enhance the versatility of this equipment.

Optional Equipment

The ARION tractors offer a variety of optional equipment, including advanced management systems like CEMOS and telematics, allowing for efficient data management and work monitoring. Depending on the version, users can access CIS, CIS+, and CEBIS systems, facilitating easier handling and control of machine parameters.

Safety and Technical Data

All ARION 600 / 500 models feature standard differential lock systems and modern safety elements. The maximum permissible load for these tractors is up to 12.5 tons. Additionally, the tractor cab provides a high level of comfort and visibility, which is crucial when working in challenging terrain conditions.
