ARION 600 / 500 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The ARION 600 / 500 tractors are equipped with DPS Powertech engines with a capacity of 6.8 l for the 600 models and 4.5 l for the 500 models. These engines provide up to 205 hp thanks to the CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM) system, ensuring excellent performance. The use of turbo technologies, including variable geometry turbochargers, contributes to efficient engine operation across a wide speed range. Additionally, the SCR and DPF systems combine several exhaust treatment technologies, which leads to reduced emissions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

ARION tractors feature a modern CMATIC transmission, allowing smooth transitions in speed from 0.05 to 50 km/h. Moreover, the hydraulic system with a maximum pressure of 200 bar and a flow rate of 150 l/min provides flexibility when using working implements. A large number of hydraulic valves are also accommodated, allowing multiple hydraulic accessories to be connected simultaneously.

Operating Parameters

The ARION 600 offers a maximum power of 205 hp, while the 600 models generate up to 833 Nm of torque at 1500 rpm. Meanwhile, the ARION 500 provides power ranging from 125 to 165 hp, optimizing proper soil cultivation and transport. These machines can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h, enhancing their versatility in use.

Optional Equipment

The ARION tractors are available in three equipment variants: CIS, CIS+, and CEBIS, allowing for the adaptation of specific features to various applications. Modular connections for front and rear equipment ensure easy access and reduce preparation time for work. Equipment options include electronic hydraulic valves and ISOBUS interfaces.

Safety and Technical Data

The ARION 600/500 model complies with Stage IV (Tier 4) emissions standards, resulting in a significant reduction in particulate and nitrogen oxide emissions. All versions are equipped with an excellent braking system, ensuring high stability during operation. Additionally, enhanced visibility and an ergonomic cab with air conditioning improve the operator's comfort during work.
