ARION 600 / 500 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The ARION 600 / 500 series from CLAAS incorporates highly efficient engines with innovative technological solutions. The DPS engines with a capacity of 6.8 l (ARION 600) and 4.5 l (ARION 500) generate a maximum power output of up to 205 HP using CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM). This series is characterized by a modern design featuring optimal weight distribution, enhancing driving comfort and work efficiency. The four-point suspended cabin offers excellent visibility and ergonomic working conditions for the operator.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The CMATIC system available in the ARION 600 / 500 models ensures smooth acceleration and ease of handling, particularly important when working in difficult terrain. The integrated hydraulic system, with a working pressure of 200 bar and a flow rate of 110 or 150 l/min, allows efficient powering of various implements. Additionally, features such as active traction control and a range of mechanical and electronic control devices maximize their efficiency.

Operating Parameters

The ARION 600 / 500 achieves maximum torque figures of 833 Nm for the ARION 660 at 1500 rpm. The engine performance adapts to the working conditions, allowing for fuel savings. Various tire options are also available to increase ground contact and traction, which is critical for heavy agricultural tasks.

Optional Equipment

Models ARION 600 and 500 offer various equipment variants, such as CIS, CIS+, and CEBIS systems, providing adequate management solutions for the tractor operations. The CEBIS variant features a touch terminal that allows for quick and intuitive control of the tractor's functions. Optional accessories like ISOBUS systems and telematics might also be available to support comprehensive work management.

Safety and Technical Data

All models comply with Stage IV (Tier 4) emissions standards, ensuring their compliance with global ecological standards. Additional safety systems, such as automatic brake regulation and electronic differential locks, ensure stability and control during heavy work. The ARION 600 / 500 also offers a maximum permissible weight of up to 12.5 t, enhancing its versatility across various applications.
