ARION 400 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The ARION 400 tractor is equipped with FPT engines featuring a displacement of 4.5 l that meet Stage V emission standards. Using four-valve technology and high-pressure common rail injection, the machine achieves a maximum power of up to 155 hp with a low power-to-weight ratio of just 34 kg/hp. The engines are distinguished by a turbocharger and intercooler, ensuring constant performance and fuel efficiency. Thanks to the CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT system, the tractor increases its power by an additional 10 hp depending on its application.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The ARION 400 features intelligent undercarriage systems such as QUADRISHIFT or HEXASHIFT, allowing for smooth gear changes without using the clutch. In hydraulic systems, up to 150 l/min output can be utilized, ensuring effective support for large hydraulic consumers. Additionally, this series is characterized by a small turning radius, simplifying maneuvering in challenging terrains.
