Powertrain and Design

The ARION 400 tractors are powered by FPT engines with a displacement of 4.5 liters that meet Stage V emission standards. These engines ensure constant power, providing an 8% increase in torque while allowing for economical operation without sacrificing full efficiency. The intelligent CLAAS Power Management system offers an additional 10 hp in the 470-440 models. With a long wheelbase and optimal weight distribution, the tractor provides stability and excellent performance.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The ARION 400 tractors are equipped with QUADRISHIFT or HEXASHIFT transmissions, which allow for gear changes without using the clutch. The hydraulic system offers various options, including a pump with a capacity of up to 150 l/min, enabling efficient power for large hydraulic consumers. The automatic four-wheel drive and precise automatic gear selection enhance moisture and stability in challenging terrain conditions.

Operating Parameters

The ARION models 470, 460, 450, 440, 430, 420, and 410 offer different nominal powers, ranging from 90 hp to 155 hp. The maximum torque is 631 Nm, and the fuel tank capacity is 190 liters. The tractor features four PTO options, including a 540/1000 rpm PTO, providing versatility for various applications.

Optional Equipment

The ARION 400 is available in several cabin versions: PANORAMIC, high-profile, and low-profile. Depending on the selected version, the tractor can be equipped with advanced control systems, including ELECTROPILOT for precise front loader operations and monitoring systems like CIS. Attractive cabin features increase comfort during long work hours.

Safety and Technical Data

Work safety is ensured by electronic differential locks and a braking system capable of handling a high total weight of up to 9000 kg.
