Powertrain and Design

The ARION 430 features an engine manufactured by DPS with 4 cylinders and a cubic capacity of 4,525 cm3. Its output at nominal speed is 85 kW (115 hp). Thanks to the common rail injection system, the engine delivers optimal performance. The maximum power output is rated at 88 kW (120 hp) with a maximum torque of 495 Nm at engine speeds ranging from 1200 to 1650 rpm.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The ARION 430 is equipped with a 4WD system managed electrohydraulically, providing a maximum steering angle of 55 degrees. The automatic differential lock ensures better traction in challenging conditions. The working hydraulics system features a maximum operating pressure of 195 bar and a flow rate of 60 l/min at nominal engine speed.

Operating Parameters

The machine weighs 4900 kg with a maximum permissible load of 8800 kg. The overall height is 2811 mm, and the wheelbase measures 2564 mm. The ARION 430 supports rear tires sized at 18.4 R 38 and front tires at 14.9 R 28. The length without the front ballast is 4442 mm, and the ground clearance at the front is 516 mm.

Optional Equipment

The ARION 430 offers various equipment options, including the possibility to install the CIS system and air conditioning. Optionally, a suspension seat pack is available. PTO shaft management is offered in various configurations, including changeable PTO shaft stubs. Emergency remote control is also included as standard equipment.

Safety and Technical Data

The machine is equipped with numerous safety features, including remote operation of the PTO system and automatic differential lock. The noise level does not exceed 72 db(A), ensuring work comfort. An oil change should be performed every 500 working hours. All parameters comply with ISO TR 14396 and ECE R 24 standards.
