ARION 400 – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The ARION 400 tractors are equipped with FPT engines of 4.5 l capacity, providing steady power with minimal fuel consumption. Featuring the latest technologies such as turbochargers and Selective Catalytic Reduction on Filter (SCRoF), they meet the Stage V emission standards. The CLAAS POWER MANAGEMENT (CPM) system allows for a 10 hp power increase in the 470-440 models, enhancing their efficiency during transport operations. Moreover, the long wheelbase and optimal weight distribution make these machines exceptionally nimble and stable.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system of the ARION 400 offers various options, including an optional system with a flow rate of 150 l/min. Features such as load-sensing technology and open-center hydraulics ensure effectiveness even under heavy loads. In operations involving hydraulic tools, attention to precise control and ergonomic positioning of the hydraulic controller enhances work comfort.

Operating Parameters

The ARION 470, 460, 450, 440, 430, 420, and 410 models provide power ranging from 155 hp to 90 hp, with maximum torque reaching up to 631 Nm. A high lift capacity of up to 6.5 t and the ability to equip with hydraulic aggregates allow for flexible adaptation to specific working tasks on any farm. The maximum travel speed is 40 km/h, making them suitable for both transport and field work.

Optional Equipment

The ARION 400 is available with three cabin versions, including the PANORAMIC cab, which offers excellent visibility. Equipment variations also include a button for automatic PTO management, diverse transmission options, including QUADRISHIFT and HEXASHIFT. Comfort-enhancing features such as Bluetooth and high-quality LED lighting systems are available to improve user experience in challenging conditions.
