ARION 400 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The ARION 400 tractor is equipped with FPT engines with a displacement of 4.5 liters, meeting the Stage IV (Tier 4) emissions standard. It offers maximum power ranging from 85 to 135 PS (ECE R 120), with maximum torque ranging from 405 to 570 Nm. The engine features a modern Common-Rail injection technology with a high pressure of 1,600 bar and a turbocharger, ensuring a constant torque over a wide RPM range. Additionally, various cabin options are available, including low roof models tailored to user requirements.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The ARION 400 can be fitted with three different hydraulic circuits: 60 l/min, 100 l/min with electronic pump summation, and 110 l/min with a Load-Sensing system. It can accommodate up to four electronic and three mechanical hydraulic control devices. The tractor is designed with attention to balanced weight distribution, positively affecting driving comfort and maneuverability, even in challenging terrain conditions.

Operating Parameters

With a maximum permissible weight of up to 8500 kg and a minimum speed of 0.15 km/h, the ARION 400 exhibits high versatility. The tractor is equipped with a QUADRISHIFT transmission with 16 forward and reverse gears, allowing smooth power shifting without interrupting torque. An additional HEXASHIFT transmission is available in higher models, providing even greater flexibility during operation.

Optional Equipment

The ARION 400 tractor can be customized to various needs through equipment versions such as Standard, CIS, and CIS+. The Standard version offers mechanical controls, while the CIS and CIS+ versions expand functionality with electronic control systems, color displays, and additional driver assistance features. Among the optional accessories are different types of cabins and a variety of hydraulic working devices.

Safety and Technical Data

Thanks to built-in safety systems, such as automatic all-wheel drive control and hydraulic brakes, the ARION 400 meets high safety standards. The tractor is equipped with a Category 3 cabin filtration system in accordance with EN 15695, ensuring adequate protection for the driver. Key technical specifications include a maximum torque of 570 Nm and a 190 l fuel tank, providing long working hours without the need for refueling.
