Powertrain and Design

The Cat 340F LRE and 352F LRE machines are equipped with Cat C9.3 ACERT and C13 ACERT engines, meeting EU Stage IV emission standards. These engines provide power outputs of 228 kW (310 PS) for the 340F and 304 kW (413 PS) for the 352F. Both machines feature low fuel consumption, contributing to reduced operating costs. Additionally, they exhibit high reliability and operational efficiency due to the application of advanced technologies. They also support significant tractive forces, achieving 291 kN and 330 kN respectively.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system in both models enables the effective movement of heavy loads with high precision. The Cat 340F LRE has a maximum oil flow of 570 L/min, while the 352F LRE achieves 770 L/min. The hydraulic system operates at a maximum pressure of 35,000 kPa, which allows for performing complex operations under heavy loads. Hydraulic efficiency, supported by intelligent solutions like SmartBoom™, leads to fuel savings and increased productivity.

Operating Parameters

The 340F LRE reaches a maximum digging depth of 13,050 mm and a reach of 18,080 mm at ground level. Meanwhile, the 352F LRE can achieve a digging depth of 13,040 mm and a reach of 19,640 mm. Both models are equipped with specialized arms designed for deep excavation and leveling, enhancing their versatility. They also feature various arm lengths and bucket capacities, allowing for tailoring to specific work requirements.

Optional Equipment

The machines offer various attachment options, including ditch cleaning buckets, grapples, and standard Cat General Duty buckets. The Cat Quick Coupler system allows for quick and easy tool changes, enhancing worksite flexibility. This enables various tasks to be performed using one machine, significantly increasing its functionality.
