Powertrain and Design

The Cat 302.7 CR Mini Excavator delivers power and performance in a compact size to help you work in a wide range of applications. It features a C1.1 Turbo engine that meets U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final and EU Stage V emission standards. Operating costs are reduced with features such as auto engine shutdown and automatic idle.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This mini excavator is equipped with a hydraulic system based on variable displacement hydraulics, enhancing its efficiency. The maximum traction force is 26.8 kN at low speed, ensuring excellent control in challenging conditions. The travel control is simplified with the Stick Steer option, allowing for easy switching between traditional and joystick controls.

Operating Parameters

The Cat 302.7 CR Mini Excavator has a minimum operating weight with the cab of 2670 kg and a maximum weight of 3040 kg. The maximum reach at ground level is 4510 mm, and maximum digging depths can reach up to 2710 mm, depending on the stick configuration. The machine also boasts a digging force of 23.3 kN.
