Powertrain and Design

The new WX148, WX168 and WX188 wheeled excavators are known for their outstanding stability and power. The integration of a 90 kW / 121 hp engine with an automatic hydrostatic transmission allows for smooth maneuvering between job sites. The robust chassis design offers the option for a dozer blade and stabilizers which provide a stable working platform. Furthermore, the cabin meets ROPS and FOPS standards enhancing the operator's safety.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The WX series utilizes a hydraulic system with three pumps, one of which is specifically dedicated to the swing function. This ensures continuous movement for smooth and productive operations. Additionally, adjustable flow capabilities for attachments allow for easy adaptation to various tasks, while the hydraulic system guarantees straightforward operation. The working pressure in the hydraulic system is 340 bar.

Operating Parameters

The WX148 model achieves a maximum digging depth of 4900 mm with a 2.10 m arm length and a maximum reach of 8400 mm. Additionally, the digging reach at ground level is 8300 mm, making this model highly versatile in construction applications. The boom lengths available include 2.10 m, 2.45 m, and 2.95 m, enabling ease of operation across diverse tasks. The operational parameters comply with ISO standards.

Optional Equipment

The WX148 excavator can be equipped with various accessories such as a standard object handling kit (safety valves on cylinders) and an automatic power boost system. Optional attachments also include various tools for excavation, like grabs and buckets. Furthermore, additional working lights on the boom and cabin can be adjusted to user preferences.

Safety and Technical Data

The WX148 is equipped with ROPS/FOPS systems, ensuring the operator's additional safety measures. The engine complies with FPT Stage III / Tier 3 emission standards, and the hydraulic distributor features an automatic power boost function. The cabin includes ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as centralized lighting for improved work comfort. External dimensions are 3185 mm in length and 2550 mm in width.
