Powertrain and Design

The WX165 features a CASE engine model 659TA-M2, a turbocharged 6-cylinder unit with an intercooler. It is characterized by a modern design, including a compact upper structure and an electronic management system with integrated self-diagnosis. Additionally, it includes automatic idle speed control and an efficient cooling system that ensures low fuel consumption. Safety systems include automatic blocking during road travel and engine pre-heating functionalities.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The WX series undercarriage is modular in design and features an independent hydraulic loop responsible for precise control. The machine is equipped with hydraulic drives and three hydraulic pumps, ensuring high performance (max. 350 bar). Furthermore, the machine can achieve speeds of up to 30 km/h for quick relocation on job sites. The automatic power increase (Powerboost) activates during lifting operations.

Operating Parameters

The WX165 offers a maximum lifting height of 8.88 m and a digging depth of 5.95 m. It accommodates bucket widths from 500 mm to 1200 mm, depending on the selected tool. Its maximum load capacity is 135 kNm at full hydraulic efficiency. The ability to select hydraulic operation levels allows for task-specific optimization.

Optional Equipment

The machine is available with various optional equipment, including a comfortable seat with adjustments, an air conditioning system, and an electric fueling pump. Various accessories are also available, such as quick couplers for additional hydraulic circuits and sun shields for the cab.
