Case 504 - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The Case 504 loader features a Case A504BD diesel engine with a maximum power output of 123 HP at 2200 RPM. It has six cylinders and a displacement of 504 in3 (8.26 liters). The design of the vehicle ensures good visibility and control, with linkage mounted in line with the loader lift arms.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The loader employs a four-wheel drive system with a lift hydraulics capacity of 48 GPM at 2200 RPM. The transmission features four forward speeds and two reverse speeds, allowing for smooth directional changes. The axles are fixed with a rear axle oscillation for maximum traction and stability.

Operating Parameters

The bucket capacity is 1.75 yd3 (1.34 m3), with a breakout force of 21,628 lbs (9810 kg). The lifting capacity at full height is 11,735 lbs (5323 kg). The digging depth is 3'3" (84 mm), and the overall height of the machine is 17'0" (5.18 m).
