Powertrain and Design

The Axial-Flow 4000 Series is equipped with a powerful 6.7 l engine meeting Tier III emission standards, delivering power from 180 to 230 hp. The machine features a legendary 610 mm diameter rotor that enhances threshing performance in various crop conditions. The rotor system is designed to maintain grain and straw quality without the high impact of conventional drums. The grain-on-grain threshing action minimizes losses and ensures the grain remains unbruised.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This combine features a hydrostatic drive system with three-speed settings. It includes a powered rear axle to improve performance in challenging terrains. The lateral tilt function ensures optimal ground contour adaptation during harvesting. The hydraulic system is optimized for precise control during harvesting operations.

Operating Parameters

The Axial-Flow 4000 Series features grain tank capacities of 5000 L for the 4077 model, 6000 L for the 4088, and 6500 L for the 4099. The unloading rate is consistent at 63 l/s across the series. The technology for threshing and separating relies on three modules that maximize efficiency and minimize losses. The total separation area is 1.23 m².

Optional Equipment

All models can be equipped with 2060 Series headers ranging from 4.57 m to 6.10 m cutting width, as well as 4400 corn headers. The cross flow cleaning system enhances cleaning efficiency. The machine can also be customized with various attachments, including straw collection options.

Safety and Technical Data

User safety is ensured by easily accessible service points for quick access to technical components. Each model is designed for low vibration and noise levels inside the cabin, providing operator comfort. Integrated work lights improve visibility during nighttime harvesting operations. The machine is designed with a focus on ergonomics and ease of handling.
