Powertrain and Design

The CX series hydraulic excavators feature a reliable 56 hp Isuzu engine. The turbocharged system with an intercooler provides a prompt and efficient response to loads. Tier 4 Final technology allows for compliance with emissions standards without the need for a diesel particulate filter, which reduces operating costs. The engine is designed to maximize fuel efficiency, thus minimizing fuel consumption during operation.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system in the CX series machines has been optimized to deliver better maneuverability and cycle times that are up to 7% faster than previous models. The maximum oil flow is 148 l/min, representing an increase of 9% compared to earlier models. Energy-efficient hydraulic management ensures that hydraulic power is available on demand while minimizing fuel consumption.

Operating Parameters

The CX75C SR excavator has an operating mass of 8000 kg with a maximum digging force of 56.9 kN for the bucket and 39.5 kN for the arm. The arm length is 1.69 m for the monoboom and 1.75 m for the offset boom. The fuel tank capacity is 120 l, allowing for prolonged operation without refueling.

Optional Equipment

The excavator can be equipped with various boom types, including offset boom, monoboom, and swing boom, enhancing its versatility and operational capabilities. Additional features include a full-color LCD display and a rear view camera for better visibility during operation. Standard features also include ergonomic handrails and a spacious cab interior.

Safety and Technical Data

The excavator cab meets ROPS and FOPS Level II standards, ensuring a high level of operator protection. With increased space and visibility, the operator enjoys greater comfort while working, and easy access to the cab enhances usability. The cab is also designed to minimize vibrations and noise, further increasing safety when operating in confined spaces.
