Powertrain and Design

The new D series of CASE crawler excavators, including the CX210D and CX250D models, is designed according to the latest stress analysis criteria, reducing stress points while optimizing weight. The engines comply with Tier 4 Final/EU Stage IV standards, utilizing a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) system for effective emission management. With reinforced casting parts and an optimized lower frame design, these machines exhibit high reliability and durability.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The CX210D and CX250D are equipped with the advanced CASE Intelligent Hydraulic System (CIHS), which allows for smooth control and energy savings. The new electrically controlled pumps and larger main control valves enable faster cycle times, while oil flow adjustments cater to operational needs, enhancing the machines' responsiveness. The One-Side-Slope lower frame design facilitates undercarriage cleaning, thereby extending its lifespan.

Operating Parameters

The CX210D features a maximum reach of up to 9420 mm, a maximum digging depth of 6110 mm, and an arm digging force of 123 kN. Meanwhile, the CX250D offers a maximum reach of 10280 mm with a digging depth capability of 6900 mm. The spacious cab ensures operator comfort, and the modern SiteWatch performance monitoring system allows for remote fleet management.

Optional Equipment

The D series of crawler excavators comes with various arm solution options, including reinforced arms for heavy-duty applications. There is also the option for additional safety features such as monitoring and data transmission systems, enhancing efficiency and ensuring greater safety on the job site.

Safety and Technical Data

The ROPS/FOPS cab provides a high level of operator protection. A high-quality visibility aspect from the cab, including rear and side cameras, increases work safety. Key technical specifications include a cab sound level of 69 dB(A) and an optimized working range tailored to diverse working conditions, ensuring comfort and efficiency during machine operation.
