Powertrain and Design

The Case CX 80 is a crawler excavator with an operational weight of 8.3 tons, powered by an Isuzu AU-4LE2X engine. This 4-stroke engine with 4 cylinders provides an output of 39 kW (54 hp) at 2000 rpm and a maximum torque of 210 N·m. The transport height of the machine stands at 2.7 m, and the transport length measures 6.63 m, facilitating mobility on construction sites.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The excavator features a chassis with one roller on the top of each track and five rollers on the bottom. Two hydraulic pumps ensure a maximum flow rate of 68 L/min with an overall system pressure of 29.4 MPa. The built-in counterbalance valves and pilot control hydraulic system enhance operational efficiency.
