Powertrain and Design

The Case CX 330 is a crawler excavator weighing 33.8 t, powered by the Isuzu AH-6HKIX diesel engine, which is Tier III certified. The engine produces 202 kW of power and delivers a torque of 796 lb·ft at 1500 rpm. The excavator operates efficiently with direct fuel injection and liquid cooling.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This machine features a robust undercarriage with two top rollers and eight bottom rollers on each track, along with 48 shoes in a grouser configuration. The hydraulic system utilizes two variable displacement axial piston pumps to achieve a maximum flow rate of 284 L/min. Control valves allow precise management of arm and bucket movements.

Operating Parameters

The Case CX 330 has a working range of 11 m and a maximum digging depth of 8.14 m. With a standard bucket capacity of 1.8 m³, it boasts a breakout force of 153 kN, making it a suitable tool for heavy construction tasks.

Optional Equipment

The excavator is equipped with an air-conditioned cabin featuring an adjustable seat and a monitoring system. Various arm lengths are available: 13 ft 3 in (4.04 m), 10 ft 8 in (3.25 m), and 8 ft 8 in (2.63 m). Hydraulic adaptations for additional attachments are also optional.

Safety and Technical Data

User safety is enhanced through the implementation of security systems, including anti-drift hydraulic pipes. Transport dimensions of the excavator are 11.05 m in length, 3.2 m in width, and 3.29 m in height.
