Powertrain and Design

The Case 680 E is equipped with a 336E diesel engine, naturally aspirated, featuring an open chamber design that provides clean burning capabilities. It has a rated power of 66 kW and a displacement of 5.5 liters. The engine consists of four cylinders with a bore of 117 mm and stroke of 127 mm, contributing to its efficiency in operation.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This machine features a four-speed synchromesh transmission with a full power shuttle. The tandem hydraulic system with dual pumping (27.5 gpm and 18 gpm) ensures maximum operational efficiency. With an outboard planetary rear axle and hydrostatic drive, the 680 E provides smooth maneuverability while reducing wheel slip.
