Powertrain and Design

The Case 590 Super M is equipped with a Case Family III 445T/M2 diesel engine, Tier II certified, operating on a 4-stroke cycle. This turbocharged engine features 4 cylinders with a displacement of 4.5 L. It has a gross power output of 99 HP (74 kW) at 2200 rpm and a maximum torque of 294 lb·ft (398 N·m) at 1400 rpm, ensuring effective performance across various working conditions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

This machine is available in either 2WD or 4WD configurations and features a 4-speed synchromesh transmission. The hydraulic system incorporates a dual valve control, enabling efficient operation of both the loader and backhoe. The hydraulic pump operates at a maximum pressure of 3050 psi and can deliver up to 42.5 gpm for backhoe operation, enhancing productivity in demanding environments.

Operating Parameters

The Case 590 Super M can reach speeds up to 25.5 mph (41.0 km/h) in forward travel on the 4th gear. The weight of the lightest configuration is 6926 kg, while the heaviest configuration weighs 8881 kg. It achieves a maximum digging depth of 15.9 ft (4.85 m) and a maximum reach of 23.3 ft (7.09 m), making it suitable for various construction and excavation tasks.

Optional Equipment
