CASE 521G - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The CASE 521G is a wheel loader featuring the N45 engine with a displacement of 4.5 liters, generating a maximum power of 106 kW (142 hp). This engine is developed by FPT Industrial, ensuring high reliability and fuel efficiency. The HI-eSCR technology allows the machine to meet EU Stage IV emissions standards without the need for a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). The cooling system is designed in a cube configuration, which provides better airflow and facilitates maintenance.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The loader includes an advanced Rexroth hydraulic system with a closed circuit and load sensing. This hydraulic system features three sections for efficient operation. The Proshift, an optional 5-speed transmission, enhances fuel efficiency and reduces cycle time. The intelligent clutch cut-off allows for precise control of the bucket movement, increasing operator comfort.

Operating Parameters

CASE 521G achieves a maximum breakout force of 7600 kg at a 40-degree angle, with a maximum bucket capacity of 2.3 m³ at 110% fill. The machine can also reach a dump height of 2.61 m when fully raised. Using L5 tires also contributes to reduced fuel consumption and enhanced ride comfort in challenging terrain conditions.

Optional Equipment

The CASE 521G loader is available in various equipment configurations, including optional cooling systems and different bucket types. The possibility of fitting L5 and solid tires increases the versatility of the machine in tough working conditions. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with the SiteWatch telematics system, which allows for remote monitoring and fleet management.

Safety and Technical Data
