Powertrain and Design

The F-series wheel loaders provide reliability and efficiency even in the toughest conditions. The SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology allows for fuel savings and optimized combustion temperature. FPT engines deliver power and torque suited for various applications in construction and industry. The cooling system maintains a consistent fluid temperature, enhancing the machine's lifespan.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The drivetrain of F-series loaders features an all-wheel drive system and an automated transmission system that simplifies engine power management. Rexroth hydraulics with a Load Sensing distribution system ensures effective force management. Additional hydraulic functions, such as automatic height adjustment, increase the versatility of the machine.

Operating Parameters

The 521F model is equipped with the F4HFE413J engine, providing 106 kW of power and a maximum torque of 608 Nm. The bucket capacity reaches up to 2.1 m3, with a maximum loading capacity of 8889 kg. The loading cycle time amounts to 52 cycles per hour when fully utilizing capacity.

Optional Equipment

Various bucket variants are available, including quick coupler models, facilitating easy tool exchange. The loader can be equipped with monitoring and fuel consumption management systems, supporting operational efficiency. Users can also choose from different tire options tailored to the working conditions.

Safety and Technical Data

The cab of the 521F loader complies with ROPS and FOPS standards, ensuring a high level of protection for the operator. The braking system implemented in the machine is self-adjusting and maintenance-free. The interior noise level is 72 dB(A), providing work comfort during long operational shifts.
