CASE 521E - Product Description
Powertrain and Design
The CASE 521E is equipped with a 106 kW (142 HP) diesel engine, meeting Tier III emissions standards. The engine is rear-mounted, providing good access for maintenance. The cooling system features a centrally located cooling module with multiple independent radiators. The machine boasts an enlarged cab offering 15% more legroom and excellent visibility thanks to glass doors and windows.
Undercarriage and Hydraulics
The CASE 521E features all-wheel drive and an automatic transmission with four forward and three reverse gears. The hydraulic control system with proportional valves allows for precise maneuvering. The hydraulic system has a capacity of 134 l/min at 250 bar, enabling efficient operation in various terrains.
Operating Parameters
THE MACHINE WEIGHS up to 11906 kg in ROPS cab configuration with standard equipment. The bucket capacity ranges from 1.6 to 1.9 m3, making it effective for loading tasks. This model features four operating modes that allow the engine power to be tailored to specific task requirements. The performance in standard mode reaches 129 HP (96 kW) at maximum hydraulic output.
Optional Equipment
CASE 521E offers a variety of optional accessories, including a hydraulic quick coupler and additional hydraulics for tools. Additional cab features include air conditioning and audio systems. Various buckets tailored to the application's specifics and terrain can be provided on request.
Safety and Technical Data
The machine is equipped with a ROPS system to enhance operator safety, as well as advanced braking systems, including hydraulic, maintenance-free brakes. An integrated electronic diagnostics system enables real-time monitoring of key machine parameters, improving efficiency and operational safety. Additionally, all electronic components are protected from contamination within the cab.
