Case F-Series – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The F-Series wheel loaders are designed for performance and reliability. Equipped with low-emission engines, they provide high efficiency. The 3.4-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engines with multiple injection technology ensure good turbo pressure stability. The Tier 4 final/EU Stage IIIB compliant technology guarantees adherence to the latest environmental standards.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The F-SERIES features a unique oscillating rear axle design which reduces maximum cab oscillation by 50% or more. The hydrostatic drive with precise control allows for smooth travel, also contributing to comfort while working on uneven grounds. The Automatic Ride Control system significantly enhances stability when traveling over 7 km/h.

Operating Parameters

The F-Series models have a tipping load capacity ranging from 1.9 t to 2.5 t. High operational parameters allow the handling of heavier pallets and various hydraulic connections. Bucket volumes range from 0.7 m3 to 1.3 m3, and the loading height is increased due to the special hinge pin design.

Optional Equipment

The F-SERIES offers many adaptable options that facilitate quick switching between various attachments, enhancing the versatility of the machines. Different hydraulic configurations are available, including the high flow option for models 221F and 321F. Additionally, the availability of a comfort-adjustable cab and improved safety features increases work comfort.

Safety and Technical Data

All F-SERIES models are equipped with ROPS/FOPS level II cabs, ensuring operator protection in case of machine rollover or falling heavy objects. Emission levels comply with Tier 4 final/EU Stage IIIB standards, and the cab offers a high standard of working comfort. Key specifications, such as working pressure, dimensions, or hydraulic flow rates, comply with stringent industry standards.
