Powertrain and Design

The Case 321 D is a compact wheel loader weighing 5.87 tons, equipped with a Perkins 1004.42 engine generating 53 kW of power. Utilizing a direct injection system and liquid cooling, the machine complies with emission standards. The front axle has a tilt angle of 24°, enhancing stability and maneuverability in challenging environments. The loader features a modern cabin providing a 360° view and ROPS/FOPS protection, ensuring operator comfort and safety.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The undercarriage of the Case 321 D is based on a hydrostatic drive system with automatic power regulation. With a mechanical parking brake and Hydraulic Brake System, the machine ensures effective stopping. The hydraulic system consists of a single pump, capable of delivering an output pressure of 230 bar. The hydraulic flow rate reaches 72 l/min, facilitating efficient operation.

Operating Parameters

The Case 321 D features a bucket capacity of 1.1 m³ and a maximum reach of 4.45 m. The loading time for a full bucket is 6.6 seconds, while the lowering time for an empty bucket is 3.5 seconds. The machine can reach speeds of up to 35 km/h, providing agility on construction sites. The maximum dumping height is 3.34 m, enabling easy material handling.

The standard equipment of the Case 321 D includes a hydraulic quick coupler that allows for easy attachment change. Various bucket types are available, including standard and 4-in-1 buckets.
