Powertrain and Design

The CASE 21E-121E-221E-321E series of compact wheel loaders features engines with power ranging from 41 kW to 61 kW. The low-emission engine complies with Tier 3 standards, providing efficiency suitable for various applications. The integrated hydrostatic transmission enables precise movements and full four-wheel drive, while the monoboom design ensures excellent visibility and ease of operation. The ergonomic cab interior and user-friendly controls enhance operator comfort.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

With a hydraulic system featuring a quick coupler, the loaders allow for rapid attachment changes, increasing operational performance. Optional features such as automatic return to dig minimize material spillage during operations. Limited slip differentials provide excellent traction in challenging conditions. Additionally, hydrostatic differentials in the rear axle facilitate effective power management.

Operating Parameters

The loaders offer various bucket capacities ranging from 0.7 m³ to 1.2 m³, with operating weights from 4624 kg to 5771 kg depending on the model. Breakout forces range from 3800 daN to 5100 daN, with operating loads spanning from 2645 kg to 3586 kg. The full-bucket cycle time is approximately 10 seconds, confirming the efficiency of each model in the series.

Optional Equipment

All models come standard with a hydraulic system featuring a quick coupler and self-leveling bucket for working on uneven terrain. Various attachments such as buckets, pallet forks, and other accessories enhance the machine's versatility. Optional features include cab heating or air conditioning for enhanced operator comfort. Additional counterweights can be used to increase machine stability in difficult conditions.

Safety and Technical Data

The ROPS/FOPS cab design provides adequate protection during operation. Additional safety features include effective hydraulic brakes and warning systems. The 121E, 221E, and 321E models can be equipped with optional wet disc brakes for improved control. The machines also comply with the 98/37/CE regulation and are designed for easy maintenance.
