The RAPIDLAB is an advanced device for processing crop residues, designed for flat soil cultivation. This feature maintains the effectiveness and viability of microorganisms in the first 10 cm of soil, promoting rapid decomposition of straw. The device offers a working width of up to 3.90 m with a minimum power requirement of 160 HP. Its unique body shape enhances the efficiency of residue processing.

Working System and Hydraulics

The RAPIDLAB is equipped with a hydraulic system that facilitates easy folding and adjustment of the hitch line. It comes standard with support elements that stabilize its operation. Additionally, optional hydraulic connections allow further adjustment of the device's parameters. It supports up to 14 bodies with a distance of 60 cm between them.

Operating Parameters

The machine is available in configurations ranging from 8 to 14 bodies. Its weight varies from 1140 kg for 8 bodies to 1633 kg for 14 bodies. With reinforced NON-STOP mechanisms, the machine ensures higher operational safety on challenging soils, with a maximum release force of 2500 kg. The frame height is 65 cm, facilitating passage through difficult terrain.

Optional Equipment

The standard RAPIDLAB is equipped with either one or two support wheels, depending on the frame version. Additional elements such as straw incorporators enable better mixing of organic matter with the soil. The safety system consists of NON-STOP components that protect against damage caused by collisions with rocks.
