Reversible Rapid Lab – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The Reversible Rapid Lab is a plough designed for working depths from 8 to 15 cm. It requires a tractor with appropriate power, enhancing its efficiency while reducing fuel consumption. The double chain and pinion system allow for smooth switching between operational positions.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The standard equipment includes hydraulic plough alignment, enabling easy adjustment to soil conditions. An optional hydraulic ‘non-stop’ auto reset version enhances safety and work efficiency.

Operating Parameters

The Reversible Rapid Lab operates with 5 to 11 furrows, translating to working widths from 1.50 to 3.30 m. Depending on the configuration, the weight ranges from 1720 kg to 2542 kg, providing stability across various soil types.

Optional Equipment

Available options include various roller types and the possibility to extend the chassis with additional furrows. Use of trash board options increases flexibility in challenging conditions. These options are tailored to meet customer-specific needs.

Safety and Technical Data

The safety system based on shear bolts or hydraulic auto resets allows for immediate release of the furrow when encountering obstacles. Key technical parameters include the turnover shaft diameter of 140 mm and a hydraulic cylinder diameter of 50 mm.
