Powertrain and Design

Bugnot is a manufacturer of agricultural machinery with experience dating back to 1915. The Reversible Rapid Lab model is a reversible plough that allows for working depths from 8 to 15 cm, with working widths ranging from 1.50 to 3.30 meters, depending on the number of furrows. The design of the plough ensures efficient soil clod reduction. The double chain and pinion system provide smooth turning without shock-loading.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The Reversible Rapid Lab features a hydraulic system with a “non-stop” auto-reset function. It also allows for easy furrow adjustment which enhances its versatility. Transport is facilitated by wheels sized 700 x 12. The hydraulic system allows for precise adjustments of working settings without interruptions.

Operating Parameters

The Reversible Rapid Lab is available in configurations from 5 to 11 furrows, where each additional furrow increases both the working width and machine weight. Working dimensions are as follows: for 5 furrows - 1.50 m, 6 furrows - 1.80 m, with weights ranging from 1720 kg to 2542 kg for 11 furrows. The use of shear bolt or hydraulic auto-reset ensures that the furrows clear any obstacles.

The plough is available in different configurations, including a standard chassis that allows for additional furrows for better terrain adaptation.
