Bobcat E62/E85 – Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The E62 and E85 models are powered by a Yanmar engine that ensures reliability and work efficiency. The E85 complies with EU Stage IIIB emissions standards thanks to the integration of a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC). The cab design is based on the 8T platform, offering more space and reduced noise and vibration. The cab comes standard with air conditioning, enhancing operator comfort and productivity.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

Both models are equipped with a hydraulic system that allows for smooth and efficient operations. The pump capacity for the E62 is 132 L/min, while the E85 has a pump capacity of 151 L/min. Safety valves ensure operator protection at all times during operations. Furthermore, both models feature an auto-idle function that reduces engine RPM after 4 seconds of inactivity, aiding fuel efficiency.

Operating Parameters

The E62 has a maximum digging force of 29.3 kN for the arm and 44.1 kN for the bucket, while the E85 achieves 43.9 kN and 64.7 kN, respectively. Travel speed in low range is 2.7 km/h for both models, while in high range it is 4.4 km/h for the E62 and 4.7 km/h for the E85. Both machines provide user-friendly operation, thanks to ergonomic seating and a high-quality LCD panel.

Optional Equipment

Available optional features for the E62 and E85 include steel tracks and a long arm. Additionally, the machines can be equipped with a third auxiliary hydraulic line, enhancing their versatility. Standard features on both models include 1st and 2nd hydraulic systems, as well as joystick control for easy operation. Equipment kits such as beacon kits and FOPS guards are also available.
