E19 Excavators - Product Description

Powertrain and Design

The E19 Excavator features a Kubota D722-E2B-BCZ-7 engine powered by diesel fuel. It has a three-cylinder layout and a displacement of 0.72 L. The maximum power output is 9.9 kW, and the maximum torque reaches 42.3 Nm. The additional weight for the heated cab is 96 kg, contributing to the operational weight of 1781 kg.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system consists of a dual piston pump combined with a gear pump, providing a total capacity of 41.30 L/min. At 2500 RPM, pump one has a capacity of 11.30 L/min, while pumps two and three deliver 15.00 L/min each. Users can utilize auxiliary flow of 30.00 L/min, with a relief pressure of 180.0 bar.

Operating Parameters

The E19 offers impressive digging power, achieving 20835 N for the bucket, 9279 N for the long dipperstick, and 10371 N for the dipper. The drawbar pull is 19380 N, and the travel speed in low range is 2.5 km/h, while the high range can reach up to 4.0 km/h. Ground pressure with rubber tracks is measured at 32.40 kPa.

Optional Equipment

The E19 provides various optional features including a TOPS/ROPS heated cab and a travel motion alarm. Users may also choose a long dipperstick, long dozer blade, and additional auxiliary hydraulics. Other accessories include a work light and AM/FM MP3 stereo radio.

Safety and Technical Data

The E19 complies with ROPS, TOPS, and FOPS standards, ensuring enhanced safety during operation. The noise level according to EU directive is 79 dB(A) for LpA and 93 dB(A) for LWA. The machine comes with a one-year warranty or up to 2000 working hours, whichever occurs first.
