Powertrain and Design

The E17 Excavators features a Kubota engine model D722-E2B-BCZ-7 running on diesel fuel. This engine has three cylinders with a displacement of 0.72 L, providing a maximum NET power of 9.9 kW and a maximum NET torque of 42.3 Nm. The operating weight of the machine is 1711 kg, making it suitable for various construction tasks. Additional enhancements are available, including added weight for the heated cab and a long dozer blade.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The hydraulic system of the E17 is a triple gear pump with a capacity of 32.50 L/min. Pump performance is approximately 10.00 L/min for Pump 1 and 11.25 L/min for Pumps 2 and 3 at 2500 RPM. Additionally, the machine offers an auxiliary flow of 32.50 L/min and a relief of 227.0 bar. With hydraulic joystick controls, operators have full command over the machine's functions, enhancing its efficiency in day-to-day operations.
