Powertrain and Design

The Aebi TT 240 is equipped with a Detroit Diesel VM D754TE3 engine, featuring a displacement of 2970 cm³, a four-cylinder turbocharged design that delivers 59.8 kW (81 PS) at 2600 RPM. This 4-stroke, direct-injection engine is water-cooled, providing a maximum torque of 274 Nm at 1800 RPM with a 26% torque increase. The vehicle includes an automatic preheating system and a 100 Ah starter battery for reliable operation.

Undercarriage and Hydraulics

The Aebi TT 240 features a continuously variable hydrostatic drive system combined with a 2-speed transmission and all-wheel drive. All hydraulic functions, including lifting operations, are handled by electrically controlled devices offering a flow rate of 36 l/min at 175 bar pressure. The vehicle is equipped with both front and rear hydraulics, allowing for configurable work parameters.

Operating Parameters

The Aebi TT 240 measures 3910 mm in length, 2376 mm in width, and 2080 mm in height when in transport mode. Its net weight is 2330 kg, with a maximum permissible load of 3700 kg. The vehicle can reach speeds up to 40 km/h, and its maximum lifting force is 1400 daN at 175 bar, ensuring efficient operation on-site and on the road.
